Rimula Rhinos dusted off last weekend’s loss to Black Pirates by defeating Mulago Rams 57-07 at the ‘Graveyard’ in Makerere.

Tries from Andrew Oduka, Abel Ssozi, Hillary Ategeka, Stallone Arinaitwe, Andrew Luyima, Mahad Kasumba and Jasper Onen earned Rhinos the bonus point victory.

Oduka got Rhinos’ first try and Jasper Onen cleared his way to the try line with heavy hits but both tries were not converted.

Abel Ssozi crossed the try line before Hillary Ategeka earned the Legends side a bonus point and a 22-00 advantage by halftime.

After the break, Onen got his second try and Kevin Makmot converted. Onen could have scored a third try but after breaking through the middle, he chose to pass to Mahad Kasumba who touched down and Makmot added the extras again.

Andrew Luyima, Andrew Oduka and Stallone Arinatiwe all crossed with Arnold Kizza adding the extras on the three tries for a 57-00 lead.

In other Saturday games, Pirates obliterated Jinja Hippos 102-08, defending champions escaped from the House of Pain with a 20-15 win over Mongers thanks to Lawrence Sebuliba while Buffaloes beat Warriors 31-17.
