SC Villa coach Wasswa Bbosa has confirmed the club will only sign one player in this January transfer window.

The former Express FC and Uganda Cranes midfielder further revealed goalkeeper Crispus Musiima from FUFA Big League side, Nyamityobora FC.

“I don’t we shall make any other additions apart from him (Crispus Musiima),” Bbosa told Kawowo Sports. “The good thing is that we have kept everyone at the club so no need to make signings,” he added.

Nevertheless, we have agreed loan deals for two of our players; Alex Ssemuyaba and Ivan Lwesibila to Nyamityobora.

SC Villa played the first half of the season with only two goalkeepers; Samson Kirya and Sam Kivumbi after Sanon Mulabi, the young goalkeeper signed from Agape SS failed to show up at Villa Park.

Bbosa also revealed the team is in good condition ahead of the second half of the season as well as the Uganda Cup.

The boys are back in training and by the time of our Uganda Cup game in the round of 64, we shall be good to go.

SC Villa lead the Uganda Premier League table with 32 points from 15 games.
