At the start of October 2021, Netball Superleague side Surrey Storm announced the signing of She Cranes captain Peace Proscovia for the 2022 season.
Peace joined the Storm after a couple of seasons at Sunshine Coast Lightning in Australia.
Having played for Loughborough Lightning from 2015 to 2019, Peace is settling in well at her second club in the UK and enjoying every bit of it.
“The pre-season has really been good. I’m liking it, enjoying it, and most importantly, seeing the team come together as one and doing what we are supposed to do.
“I really feel good here with [Surrey] Storm and I’m really enjoying myself,” she says.

The 2022 season throws off on Saturday, February 5 with Surrey Storm taking on Severn Stars at the Resorts World Arena and the shooter is pumped up for the game.
“I’m feeling good about the [opening] game, let the best team win. We are coming in strong, doing all we can do.”
The two sides met twice in a pre-season. In the game played on January 22, Storm were 65-46 victors while Severn Stars won the first meeting 66-60 on January 18.
