Abdallah Mubiru has rallied everyone involved with KCCA to join hands as they start their second round with a tough game against table leaders BUL FC.
The two teams meet on Friday under floodlights at Lugogo desperate for maximum points to achieve season targets.
Ironically, KCCA’s first game of the season was against the same team and they did lose 1-0, a run that extended to seven opening games.
However, under Mubiru, the 13-time champions looked rejuvenated and won four of their last five matches with defeat away to Wakiso Giants the only exception.
“We are physically and mentally ready not only for the game against BUL but the second round,” said Mubiru.
“We did learn from the first-round situation that we went through and want to use that experience to improve both performance and results,” he added.
“My plea is that we all join hands right from the players to the fans and everyone associated with the club to pull in one direction.”
Mubiru’s counter part Abbey Kikomeko knows what to expect at Lugogo but targets three points.
“Its not going to be an easy game as KCCA wants to bounce from the poor performance in the first round but we are also want to keep our number one position on the table by winning all points,” said Kikomeko.

BUL have only completed a double over KCCA once in the league and that was in 2015/16
