In what will remain as arguably the most memorable season in the history of the FUFA Big League, the very last match day will definitely produce sparks.
Seven matches will be played on Saturday, 21st June 2025 to determine who lifts the trophy.
Most importantly, the three top clubs to be promoted to the Uganda Premier League will also be decided.

In the same vein, the four demoted clubs to be dumped in the respective regional leagues shall be known too.
Already, based Booma is one of the confirmed clubs that have been already relegated with the other three coming in the frame by close of business on Saturday.
With the exception of Onduparaka Football Club who completed their seasonal games last weekend with a goal-less home draw against Calvary, the rest of the 14 clubs will be in action.


The matches proper:
Kigezi Home Boys Vs MYDA:
Kigezi Home Boyz Football Club entertains MYDA at the Kigezi Home Boyz Al Stadium in Kabale.
Management of Kigezi Home Boyz has already confirmed free entrance for all at the gates, a move intended to lure as many numbers rally behind the home side.
Currently on 30 points, Kigezi Home Boyz needs the maximum points in the final game to be safe from relegation.

On the other hand, MYDA who have 32 points coming to the final match day needs at worst a draw or victory to be safe.
Last weekend, Kigezi Home Boyz caused a stir in their previous game with a hard fought 4-3 victory on the road at Buhimba United Saints at Kigaaya playground in Kikuube district.
Joseph Sseremba and Charles Waibi each scored a brace in that match.
MYDA’s last game was a 2-0 home win over Ntugasaze at the Kongunga playground in Bukedea district.


Paidha Black Angels Vs Calvary:
Paidha Black Angels is away to Calvary at the Midigo primary school playground in Yumbe district.
Calvary has 49 points and only needs a draw to secure promotion to the Uganda Premier League.
Paidha Black Angels (46 points) need maximum points to regain their slot back in the UPL.
With the reinforcement of Charles Livingstone Mbabazi among the technical docket, Paidha Black Angels has a key addition in this crucial duel.


Buhimba United Saints Vs Kiyinda Boys:
Second placed Buhimba United Saints (also on 49 points) visit Kiyinda Boys at the Barthelam city sports ground in Kiwenda.
Buhimba United Saints under Mark Twinamatisko and Paul “Latest” Nkata need only a point from this duel to be assured of qualification.
Kiyinda Boys with head coach Michael Skills Lukyamuzi is safe with 36 points and will merely be playing for pride.


Kataka Vs Gaddafi:
On 47 points, Gaddafi travels to Mbale to face Kataka (36 points).
Under the management of Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation (UPPC), Gaddafi requires maximum points with Kataka wishing to end the season on a high note at home.
Gaddafi played to a non-scoring home draw with 10-man Blacks Power last Sunday in Entebbe.
Mid-week, Gaddafi whipped a Kampala Select team 5-0 at the Fisheries Training Institute playground as a warm up duel for their final game of the season.
Meanwhile, Blacks Power played to a 2-all draw with Lira Select that had the likes of Allan Okello and Denis Omedi, among others.

Blacks Power Vs Busoga United
In Lira city, Blacks Power (46 points) will host relegation fighting Busoga United (30 points).
Bob Obira’s Blacks Power needs maximum points to be assured of progress to the Uganda Premier League with Gaddafi failing to win.
Busoga United, under head coach Charles “Mbuzzi” Ayiekho, they require a victory to survive being relegated.
Blacks Power will dearly miss the services of forward Paul Oonyu who was red carded away to Gaddafi in the 34th minute.

Booma Vs Arua Hill:
At the Masindi Municipal Stadium, Arua Hill, currently 14th with 29 points takes on already relegated Booma at the Masindi municipal stadium.
Booma has conceded 11 goals in the last two games (4-0 against Gaddafi and 7-0 away to Busoga United).
Against Allan Kabonge’s Arua Hill, Booma who have struggled to raise a full team in the previous two games will need a miracle against a club fighting for their lives.


Kaaro Karungi Vs Ntugasaze:
In Ntungamo at the Kyamate stadium, Kaaro Karungi (31 points) will lockhorns against Ntugasaze (36 points).
Kaaro Karungi who are managed by Richard Makumbi need a clear cut win to survive being relegated.
