URA continue to maintain their squad from the two seasons by handing Moses Aliro a new contract.
The winger who joined the tax collectors from Wakiso Giants in 2023 has signed a two-year contract that will keep him at the club at least until 2027.
“We are thrilled to announce that our assist king Moses Aliro has extended his stay for TWO more years,” read a statement on the club social media pages.
“Last season’s leading creator isn’t done yet – more magic, more moments, more madness from Dokolo’s finest.”
Aliro who finished on top of the assists charts in the premier league with 7 joins Norman Namanya, Laban Tibita and Ibrahim Wamanah who have all extended their contracts by the same number of years.
There are reports the club will sign Crispus Kusiima from Kitara as the club’s first choice goalkeeper and are also in the market for a striker after the loss of Ivan Ahimbisibwe to KCCA.
