Overview:
15th East African Community (EAC) Inter-Parliamentary Games will be held between 5th to 17th December 2025 in the different venues of Kampala city.
Uganda has confirmed readiness to host the 15th East African Community (EAC) Inter-Parliamentary Games with delegations from across the region pledging full participation.
The Joint Planning Committee (JPC) that has been sitting in Kampala for three days confirmed Uganda’s readiness to host these games which include football, netball, volleyball, athletics, golf, basketball, among others.
These games will be held between 5th to 17th December 2025, under the theme “One region, one community: advancing integration through parliaments and sports”.

In a press briefing held on Monday, 03 November 2025, Uganda’s Local Organizing Committee, led by Hon. Asuman Basalirwa confirmed that venue inspections and medical partnerships are in place.
Identified medical facilities include Kampala Hospital, Nakasero Hospital, Aga Khan, IHK, Mulago (with Nsambya and others on the list).

Fixtures will be released publicly, and admission to games is free to encourage community attendance.
Ugandans were urged to display their renowned hospitality.
