Reigning champions Vipers travel to Najjembe to face hosts Lugazi in a game they must win to keep leaders KCCA within touching distance.
The Venoms, only unbeaten side in the premier league this season head into the contest confident after returning to winning ways when they beat Bul 3-1 in the last game.

Lugazi are 13th with 10 points but have won just twice this season despite holding on form Police to a 1-1 draw in the last game.
Elsewhere, Villa host bottom placed Calvary, URA visit Mbarara City while Express are away to Maroons at Luzira.
