Two Ugandan officials have been appointed by Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup final between U.S.M Alger (Algeria) and Zamalek (Egypt) at the Alger Stade 5 Juillet due on Saturday, 9th May 2026.
Vastly experienced safety and security officer Dixon Adol “Bond” Okello and Harunah Mawanda are in charge of the security operations and match commissioning respectively.
Okello will execute the security operations with Marcel Achille Aime Ekani Nkoa from Cameroon.
The center referee for this highly explosive contest is Dahane Beida from Mauritania.
The Mauritanian will work with Jerson Emiliano Dos Santos (Angola) and Elvis Guy Noupue Nguegoue (Cameroon) as first and assistant referees, respectively.
