Crested Cranes forward Catherine Nagadya had a brilliant start to her stint at Al Ahly, scoring twice on her debut as the Red Eagles secured a 19-0 win over SAK in the game played on Friday in New Cairo.
Awa Casset orchestrated the damage, scoring five goals, while Nour Youssef came through with a hat trick and seven assists.
Nagadya joined Al Ahly in June, from KCCA Women (formerly Kampala Queens) on a two-year deal.
Al Ahly will return to action on matchday two, against rivals Zamalek.
