The FUFA Uganda Cup resumes on Sunday, 4th February 2018 with three games that will wind up the round of 64 stage.

Sports Club Villa Jogoo entertains Hope Doves at the Masaka Recreational Stadium.

In Kampala, Kampala regional side Lugunjja Galaxy will be home to Mbarara City at the Mutesa II Wankulukuku Stadium whilst in Arua, Doves All Stars will be playing host to Agape S.S.S at Arua Prisons ground.

Villa is expected to name two of their three January 2018 signings on the match day squad.

Goalkeeper Yusuf Wasswa and left back Arthur Kiggundu will make the match day 18 man team while striker Davis Kasirye’s debut will wait for another day.

Other fit Jogoo players expected to be fielded include Simon Sserunkuma, Yubu Bogere, John Adriko, Joseph Nsubuga, skipper Bernard Muwanga, Nicholas Kasozi, Alex Ssemuyaba, Godfrey Lwesibawa and Allan Kyambadde among others.

Hope Doves is a non league side boosting of former U-17 Uganda Cubs midfielder Luwalo Kipper.

Others are; Puis Dybala,  goalkeeper Andrew Kanyama, team captain Isaac Tumusiime, Danny Ali, David Madut and forwards Nicolas Nature as well as Shartar.

The successful sides will progress to the round of 32 stage where clubs as Vipers, KCCA, Express, Police, Nyamityobora, Soana, Masavu, Onduparaka, Kansai Plascon and many others have already secured their slots.

Kampala regional side, Kampala Junior Team (KJT)’s 1-0 win over Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) last week.

Nicholas Kabonge scored the lone strike that inspired KJT to the much desired victory at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.

Also, FUFA Big League side, Water had stopped Maroons 1-0 at the same stage.

Vipers won 3-1 away to Bronken in Kasese as KCCA overcame Mbarara F.C 4-0 at the Kakyeeka stadium in Mbarara.

Police overcame Greater Masaka 2-0 at the Masaka Recreational Stadium.
