A new look URA side is expected to be assembled by head coach Paul ‘Latest’ Nkata against home side BUL at the Kakindu stadium in Jinja on Saturday.
This will be during one of the seven matches as the second round of the league gets underway.
By the time of climax for the first round, URA had accumulated 20 points from 15 games in 7th place.
Kefa Kisala’s BUL on the hand, finished the first round with 18 point in 12th place, same as rivals Kirinya-Jinja S.S.
During the first leg at Namboole, URA thumped BUL 4-0.
Charles Sempa, Henry Kisekka, former Jinja Municipal Council (JMC) Hippos forward Ajab Abdulrahman and substitute Ronald Kigongo were all on target for URA who were then coached by Ibrahim Kirya.
The tax collectors are expected to hand January 2018 signing Herman Wasswa Nteza his debut at the club.
Wasswa was released by Lusaka Dynamos after the end of the Zambia Premier League.
“Team work and hard work will be the key to our performance,” said Wasswa ahead of the game as quoted by the Uganda Premier League website.

If fielded, Godfrey Ssembatya (formerly at SC Victoria University, SC Villa and KCCA), Charles Odeke (Masavu), Sadrach Sebulime (City Lads), De Boss Kalama, Moses Seruyide and Derrick Ochen (all Kira United) could get debuts as well.
In the secondary transfer window, URA lost Bokota Labama Kamana and Henry Kiseeka to Musanze (Rwanda) and Gokulam Kerala F.C (India I-League) respectively.
The tax collectors still has old guards as Hudu Mulikyi, Charles Sempa, Shafik Kagimu among others.
The home side, BUL recruited former Uganda Martyrs University (UMU), Nkozi forward Douglas Owori, a signing that will beef up the striking line that already has veteran forward Patrick ‘Crespo’ Asiku and teenage winger Hamis Tibita.
Yunus Sibira, who has been BUL’s most consistent player over the years will be expected to rise to the occasion where it matters most.
Other quite important players for BUL are Fred Agandu, Hakim Magombe, Paul Mujwapani and Patrick Sembuya.
In the mid-season transfer period, BUL lost three players; Lawrence Ndugga, Hassan Musana and Fred Kyambadde.
Ndugga sought for greener pastures in Zambia, Musana is at KCCA whilst Kyambadde has since settled at Rwandese Premier side, Espoir for a two year deal.
Maximum points for either sides will be a big boost as the second round kicks off.

The game will be officiated by Joseph Ochom.
Hakim Mulindwa and Emmanuel Okudra shall be the first and second assistant referees respectively.
Former FIFA woman referee Anna Akoyi is the fourth official as Amin Bbosa will be referees’ assessor.
