Ugandan born striker, Daniel ‘Mzee’ Sserunkuma has joined Armenian top league outfit, Ulisses Football Club on a two year deal.

The Yerevan based club confirmed on their official website the signing of the Ugandan forward.

We have got Sserunkuma Dan and other players in Africa who will be joined by those who have been training - Gyozalyan Narek , Narek Davtyan and Artashes Arakelyan

Sserunkuma has been a free agent since parting ways with Tanzanian side, Simba Sports Club on mutual consent.

He joins two Peruvian internationals, Claudio Torekhoni and Igor Paderin, who were signed earlier on as the club played Maltan club, Birkikara F.C in their first round 1-3 loss of the 2015/16 Europa Cup qualification campaign.

The side managed by Suren Chakhalyan finished runners up behind 14 time record league winners, Pyunik F.C.

They have won the league crown once (in 2011) and the team is owned by Armenian businessman Genrikh Kazanjian.

Sserunkuma has previously featured for Kampala Kids League (KKL), Express, Vipers, Nairobi City Stars and Gor Mahia (Kenya) and Simba (Tanzania).
