COSAFA U-20 Youth Championship:
Group A Latest Results:
- Uganda 2-2 Swaziland
- Zambia 0-0 Malawi

Defending champions of the COSAFA U-20 championship and 2017 hosts Zambia could fail to progress past the group stages this year.
A goal-less draw with neighbours Malawi during their second Group A match at the Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe on Friday leaves Zambia with just a single point ahead of the final match with Swaziland on Monday.
Group A was thrown wide open following Swaziland’s late equalizer in their 2 all draw with Uganda Hippos.
Muzi Tsabedze and Order Mamba were on target for Swaziland as Uganda scored their goals through prolific striker and captain Mohammed Shaban and Allan Okello.
Shaban was later sent off for a second bookable offence in the dying moments of the game and will miss the next match.
On Saturday, actions swings to group B. North African guest nation Egypt takes on Mauritius and South Africa will play Mozambique.
Egypt defeated Mozambique 1-0 and South Africa were 2-0 winners against Mauritius in their respective first games on Monday.
It means any slip-ups now could prove crucial and both will be desperate to keep on winning.
Meanwhile, Uganda will face Malawi on Monday as Zambia takes on Swaziland. A draw for both Uganda and Malawi will see either sides qualify for the much treasured semi-finals.
FRIDAY’S RESULTS:
Group C
- Angola 0-1 Namibia (Mungendje 14’)
