SurePay Limited, a proven provider of digital and financial solutions in Uganda and beyond has partnered with the Uganda Table Tennis Association (UTTA) as the prestigious 2025 Uganda Open Table Tennis Championship comes knocking.

Godfrey Lugoloobi, the managing director of Sure Pay Limited officially announced a Ug.Shs 5,000,000 sponsorship package for UTTA.

This offer was well received by the UTTA president Mark Cyrus Muwanga.

“We extend our sincere appreciation to SurePay Limited Uganda for their support and commitment” Muwanga applauded.

Sure Pay Limited joins Lakhani Motors who confirmed the grand entry to the party earlier with a modest Ug.Shs 10,000,000 contribution.

Uganda Table Tennis Association also partnered with the management of Kabojja International School, Kampala.

The two parties signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding where Kabojja International School – Kampala will host this two-day championship starting 6th to 8th December 2025.

The Uganda Open Table Tennis Championship is a signature event on the domestic calendar of UTTA.

The Table Tennis fraternity is fresh from the Jinja Open on the local scene. On the international platform, it has also been a busy schedule with the World U-12 Hope Championship in Sheffield city, United Kingdom, 2025 ITTF Africa Seniors Championship in Tunis, Tunisia and the recent 6th Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh city, Saudi Arabia.

Uganda’s female pairing of Parvin Judith Nangonzi and Jemimah Nakawala smiled to a bronze medal at the 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games.
